Join us at our Lodo location for a fun, yet challenging Saturday workout that varies week to week. This is a high energy, fat-burning workout in a friendly and interactive environment. The workout is generally a circuit format that incorporates both cardio and resistance training. Saturday workouts are driven by upbeat music and passionate instructors. You are welcome to drop in once or buy a 10 class punch card to use as your schedule allows. Only at Genesis will you find a workout like this for five bucks!
