Power camp is a fusion of modern training techniques and traditional boot camp style fitness drills. This all-indoor program is designed for people looking to lose body fat, increase muscular strength and definition and combines intervals of both cardio and resistance training. This camp is both physically and mentally challenging but campers are always encouraged to appropriately modify when necessary. Teamwork and camp unity is encouraged, while maintaining individual accountability to help campers meet their personal fitness goals. Although Power camp incorporates many of the same workouts found in our Level-10 Performance program, this camp remains indoors and there is no minimum fitness level required to participate.

Prerequisites / Requirements:
- minimum 80% attendance is suggested
- positive attitude
