LEVEL-10 PERFORMANCE Boot Camp

Level-10 Performance camp is our most comprehensive and challenging program. The direct, no nonsense approach is designed to help you break through mental and physical barriers with teamwork, discipline and even competition. The workouts are effective and creative and campers are expected to give 100% at all times. The bulk of this camp is made up of resistance training, long and short runs, functional training, sprints and plyometrics. Goal setting, motivational techniques and some basic nutrition are also covered in this program.

Although this camp meets at Genesis most days, this is an indoor-outdoor program and a significant amount of time is spent outside, especially during the summer months. Also during the summer, four workouts of each camp are held at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater in Morrison. Due to the challenging nature of this camp, it is suggested that you first successfully complete one of our other programs or meet the prerequisites outlined below prior to enrollment.

This program is ideal for people who . . .

  • enjoy outdoor workouts and are up to the challenge of being cold, wet, or dirty.
  • have previous fitness experience and are willing to be pushed to the next level.
  • respond well to a highly structured and disciplined atmosphere.
  • feel comfortable with dynamic exercises like running and jumping.
  • are open to direction and constructive criticism.

Prerequisites / Requirements:

  • minimum 80% attendance is required
  • 12 minute mile
  • 10 continuous push-ups on toes
  • 25 continuous sit-ups
  • a positive attitude
