This one week program was designed for those looking to burn calories and lose body fat, but are tired of their usual cardio routine. Burn60 is somewhat similar to a week of our POWER Boot Camp, with the weight training and resistance components removed. A significant part of this camp will be spent on treadmills, but it also incorporates kickboxing, plyometrics, jump ropes, functional training, and abdominal work. Each workout is different, but remains within the context of improving cardiovascular health and performance. Depending on the location, this unique program is capped at 12-16 people to ensure adequate treadmill availability.
