Basic Training is a one week, all indoor, program that incorporates both cardio and resistance training. The workouts are very challenging and similar to those found in our Power or Level-10 Performance boot camps. Basic Training is simply a week of Genesis workouts without the boot camp. This is a perfect option for those looking to try out a Genesis program before committing to a longer, more comprehensive boot camp. Basic Training is offered during the down week between five week boot camps.

  • want to experience a Genesis workout prior to committing to a full five week program.
  • prefer to work out in a climate controlled environment (indoors).
  • are willing to work outside their comfort zone.
  • are motivated to succeed in an intense environment.
  • feel comfortable with dynamic exercises like running and jumping.
  • prefer to work out indoors in a climate controlled environment.
  • are open to strong encouragement and direction.
