BASIC TRAINING

5 Weeks
60 minutes, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Basic Training is a brand new camp format that takes the 'boot' out of 'boot camp.' We have stolen the name from our former 1-week program. This class is aimed towards those who may be intimidated by Genesis Fitness or want a less aggressive approach. Basic Training will provide a relaxed, fun atmosphere, simply with a less intense approach. While Basic Trainees will still burn calories and get a workout worthy of the Genesis Fitness label, all levels of fitness are encouraged.

This class is ideal for people who . . .
  • want a great workout, but may be intimidated by 'boot camp' or want more casual encouragement.
  • miss Genesis's former "Low Impact" program.
  • prefer to work out in a climate controlled environment (indoors).
  • may have injuries and need alternative exercises to traditional jumping and running.
  • only want to commit to workouts two days per week.
